Transforming wellness
Legacy Wellness Center was named by the owners based on their own strong belief that individuals and communities can build healthy relationships and achieve wellness through the support of such a center. The owners of Legacy have a long history of building relationships. This premise dates back to their own personal family legacy of relationships. A stronger community together results in overall wellness for all.
A modern approach
Legacy has a strong desire to promote health and wellness in individuals through education and the building relationships. This desire to help others dates back to when Joanne and Joan, owners of Legacy Wellness Center, were younger and one example being that they found themselves supporting their mother’s youngest brother who had special needs.
What we offer
Talk therapy
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Meditation groups
Meditation groups using mindfulness are a wonderful way of connecting with others to share and deepen your meditation practice.
